Malaysian Art, A New Perspective in the spirit of its previous two instalments, will feature 11 artists’ works in an attempt to highlight diverse practices developing in Malaysia in recent years. The exhibition featuring works by Abdul Mohsin Bin Aminuddin, Chuah Shu Ruei, Eiffel Chong, Faizal Yunus, Gan Chin Lee, Haffendi Anuar, Hasanul Isyraf Idris, Hings Lim, Ilham Fadhli Mohd Shaimy, Saiful Razman and Yeoh Choo Kuan. Each artist will present works in varying formats and medium, ranging from installation, sculptural drawings, a vitrine to paintings. The diverse practices and challenging formats highlight the dynamism and experimental curiosity of emerging artists currently practising in Malaysia.
