Art Bangkok 2026

Richard Koh Fine Art is pleased to announce its participation in ART BKK 2026 with a presentation of five young Thai painters: Kanokpon Somchua, Kongsak Kampakdee, Natagon Khamkayprong, Pawarest Choksaen and Pik Chaichit. All five are in the earlier stages of their careers, and each works primarily in painting.

The presentation brings together practices that are distinct from one another but share a common scale of attention. The subjects are drawn from everyday life in Thailand: public spaces and the people who pass through them, domestic interiors, familiar objects, and moods that are difficult to name. Each artist approaches this material differently, through close observation in some cases and through atmosphere and suggestion in others.

The presentation continues a long standing commitment at Richard Koh Fine Art to artists in the earlier part of their careers, and follows the gallery’s ongoing work with a growing roster of Bangkok based painters.
